General spec of the flat and communal areas seems great. Underfloor heating, including bathroom. South facing balcony was the perfect little weekend brunch spot. Close to the river which is great for running, (dog) walking etc. Various cafes, restaurants and a microbrewery have sprung up along the river walk. 10min walk from Jubilee Line (30min journey into town). 10 min walk to O2 area including the new design district with street food area. Greenwich old town is ~30min walk or short bus ride away. Concierge, mail room, gym all included. Roof terrace with conservatory is great in the summer. - Having a Co-op next door is so convenient.
