Located next to the Carshalton Ponds, their menu offers fresh seasonal food. The pub has a great, relaxed atmosphere, and is independently run.

With the River Wandle flowing through, there are meadows and wetlands with lots of wildlife and a beautiful rose garden. A fantastic place to walk, run or ride through. At the end of summer, a beer festival is also held here.

Piggies is the oldest sandwich and coffee bar in Cheam Village, brought over in 1992. A large selection of homemade sandwiches, rolls, and more, and a wide variety of teas and coffees.
