I've had great neighbours here and a welcoming local community. It's been lovely having no houses overlooking us at the back - the park is gorgeous in the summer, with the sound of small children enjoying play. I have appreciated the short walk to local shops to the left or right and the fact that the local train station is a walk away and is really well-served by a frequent bus service. My children went to school here for a short time and I know the schools around here are really popular. The wooded areas around provide for great walks and the beautiful Highams Park with its lake is in walking distance. The best thing about this house is the fact that I have a great scenic view across Chingford from my front garden and the windows at the front have nothing but trees and woods as a view. There is nothing more welcoming to come home to.
