A message from the current owner

One of the best features of the property is the garden. We spend the whole summer utilising the space for ourselves, and for entertaining our family and friends. We are not overlooked by anyone and look out into the garden of trees making it feel very private despite being a flat. The location of the property is what truly makes it special, we are a stones throw away from Pewley Down and some stunning country walks. Yet, we can reach the High Street, London Road Train Station and Stoke Park in 10-15 minutes. We have bus links at the end of the road and commute from both London Road and the mainline Guildford Station. We didn't realise this home would enable our family to grow to two children and see us through their young years of life at the most fabulous schools. We could never have imagined how much this home has given us throughout our 13 years here and now we hope the next owners can make their special memories here and give it the love and care it deserves.
