I love the large windows on 3 sides that means the flat is flooded with light from sunrise to sunset, and the gardens outside have been the site of many picnics over the years. Burgess Park and Southampton Way are both 5 minutes walk away but the street itself is really peaceful. For me, living here has given me many of the upsides of living in Peckham without the noise and traffic of living near Rye Lane.
