We love living in Islington and the flat is in an ideal location for all the area has to offer. Great independent cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs and bars are a short walk away. Beautiful Highbury Fields is a 10 minute walk away. The transport links are great, with the Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line, Overground and National Rail all on the door step along with plenty buses. The flat itself is warm and cosy. In the winter it keeps the heat wonderfully, and in the summer we catch the late afternoon sun on the balcony which is perfect for eating outside or sipping a cold beer after work. The flat is quiet inside and the noise from the roads very minimal. We don't hear the neighbours either. The flat benefits from bespoke, handmade and hand painted wardrobes in the bedroom so there is plenty storage for a couple. The living space is comfortable and the kitchen well appointed with washer/dryer, oven/grill, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
