The bathroom is lovely and spacious with a wet room, free standing tub and double height ceilings. The large balcony is an absolute godsend during the summer, it is western facing so it gets all of the afternoon sun which goes right through the large living room windows keeping the entire ground floor nice and bright all day. The balcony has a custom built seating area that you can use to sit at and work and socialise. One of my favourite things about the place is having Brockwell park within 5 minutes walk for a lunchtime run!

The best decor I have ever seen in a bar. The Hamlet is almost like a Hidden Gem in Streatham. Beautiful food, cocktails and staff.
A great place for an early morning run, where you feel like you aren't even in London - yet you are only 10 minutes from central London on the Victoria line. There are tennis courts, a gym and a Lido too if running isn't your thing.
It's like a Tardis, has a huge garden with beach huts, amazing food and clientele, shows screen sports but best of all are the bands and entertainment.
