A message from the landlord

I lived here for years and loved the neighbourhood; the Tube, Pret and Tesco across the street, the shops (giant Waitrose, Boots), cinema and restaurants (Giraffe, Carluccio's, Starbucks) at Brunswick Centre, the public garden of Russell Square, the British Museum and the short walk to Soho. I had to return to the States so I left the flat fully furnished, including a fully stocked kitchen (with plates/glassware from Heals, a Nespresso machine, etc). I just upgraded to a 2016 Smart TV and DVR/Freeview/streaming box. I'll have the place repainted once the current tenant vacates and will quickly hire handy men to make any needed repairs. The curved bay windows flood the reception/dining room with light and the bedroom has a room-darkening shade for the large semi-circle window.
