The main thing for me was security; it has a gated door before the porch and a security light so I always felt safe. I wish the pubs, bars, restaurants and shops were all there when I lived there! The area is thriving, and to be so close to a beautiful park is a real bonus. All my previous tenants have loved having the secure patio garden, enjoying it as an extra place to hang out in the summer.
