020 8150 8585We've had a wonderful time living in this flat. It's a really good size for a one-bed, and feels spacious even for two of us. The local area is fantastic, and we've seen it change so much in the nearly six years we've been living here. There are lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants, and being so close to Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest is fantastic. It's also really easy to get to both the Central Line and an Overground line, so it's pretty quick to travel to central London. We will miss the flat and the local community, but sadly aging parents mean we need to move to be closer to family. We hope this will make as lovely a home for the new owner as it has for us.

Awesome pub with a beer garden, a great vibe, great people and a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. It's also very close to Leytonstone Underground Station.
