A message from the current owner

We have absolutely loved living in this flat and calling it our home. It is full of light and an absolute delight in the summer. Being near the top of the hill as well as on the first floor, we can catch amazing sunsets from the living room and main bedroom where the sky glows a gorgeous colour. The bedrooms are all great sizes, three doubles with built in wardrobes in each has been a life saver for storage, guests and working from home. As well a loft access for extra storage, we also have a utility room which is just perfect as well as a back door for all the 'outside-y stuff'. Alongside all of that you can be on the tube platform at Tooting Bec station within 10 minutes, as well as at Wandsworth or Tooting Common in a 15 minute walk - it's just a great location. We have adored our time here and are excited to find somebody who lives it as much as we do to share the next stage of their life here.
