Well, I never thought I'd say this for an estate agency but my selling experience with Foxtons has been the most positive I've ever experienced. This is hopefully the last time we move as we are are recently retired. The regular updates provided throughout the whole process, made the process so much easier and altogether a pleasant experience. Our earlier contact with Chloe from the Beckenham office and her tenacity to keep in touch, helped us decide to switch agents despite the higher costs involved. Our later dealings with Priscilla and Ryan Ninnis also ran so smoothly. We are entirely grateful to all. 5 stars.

Foxtons seems like an agency that actually wants to help people, rather than just going through the motions to get their cheque from the landlord. It’s a refreshing change! Dear Foxtons, I would just like to mention that I have received the most fantastic experience in letting my flat through Matthew at Foxtons Bromley. Matt's proposed asking price for my flat was above what I believed I could achieve, although due to his drive, honesty, relevant and accurate comparables and likeable nature, I believed that Matt and his team had the ability and determination to find a suitable tenant. Throughout the whole process Matt has always been available to talk, has acted with total professionalism, and when having potentially tricky conversations with him regarding the price, which KFH (on a multi agency agreement) were urging me to lower, he provided sound market knowledge, a level head, and installed me with confidence. I have just accepted an offer through Matt at the asking price (which I previously did not think was possible). Even though I had a comparable offer through KFH which would of made me a higher profit, I wanted to accept Matt's offer due to the fantastic experience I have received. Having managed the South East region of KFH's New Build department and having worked within the industry for many years, I have never come across an agent as driven and motivated as Matt, accompanied with such a personable nature and accurate, up to date and impressive market knowledge. Finally, even though in the grand scheme of things the fee for Foxtons will undoubtedly be minimal in comparison to other instructions (1 bed flat), it always seemed that it was a priority to him and that he really cared. Thank you Matt I have had a fantastic experience through Foxtons - and will certainly be using you next year!
