Extremely pleased with the service I received from Annie. She was caring, attentive and polite when we spoke on the phone, she helped me find a property quickly, she made sure I was notified for any properties which seemed to be suitable to what I was asking for, she would always return any phone calls, emails etc. and she's been very friendly and professional. Moreover, she advised efficiently on how I could make my offer/proposal to my Landlady and she arranged/conducted the viewings in a very proficient and considerate manner. We have had a fantastic experience working with Annie. After spending the time to have a long chat about what we were looking for in our property she arranged a number of viewings for us, and we found our flat within an hour of the viewings. More importantly we did not feel pushed by her to make a decision on the property as many estate agents do, and felt relaxed and able to look round the property freely. Once agreed she was very helpful advising us on the offer price and term and our rental was secured the next day. We really felt Annie was working with us rather than against us, especially in co-ordinating certain rental terms with the landlord. A really easy, quick process, thank you.
