Gary was very quick to figure out just what it was that I was looking for and showed me a number of properties that were of great interest. He was always ready with helpful suggestions and happy to arrange second viewings at a moments notice so that I might get the opinion of friends and family. He is knowledgeable about the area and often provided great insight. Although I actually found a property through another agent, Gary was regularly in touch throughout the acquisition process to offer advice and suggest alternatives should the worst happen and the deal not go through. In my opinion this is aftercare of the highest level, given that I was not purchasing through him. Thanks for all your support and words of wisdom Gary.

We completed on our new house last week, and the vendor's agent, Dinishka from the Foxtons Streatham office, dropped off the keys - a great feeling! We want to say thank you, and say how impressive Dinishka has been. Completion was not as fast as it could have been, down to delays on our side. Dinishka took it upon himself to chase things for us and move things along, proactively chasing down documents, making phone calls, sending e-mails and generally being both helpful and involved. He had to deal with our somewhat difficult conveyancing solicitors (and indeed our conveyancer leaving her job halfway through the process) whilst managing his client, who was clearly losing patience with our side through all of this. Despite this he was patient with us, always answered his e-mails, was unfailingly courteous and frankly made the whole thing a lot less stressful than it could have been. Even though he was not actually acting for us, he has really shown the value of having a good agent running a house transaction. I hope the vendors feel the same way, despite this taking rather longer than they would have liked. A great advertisement for the Streatham team – please thank him very much.

I'm writing to recommend Mr Newton, from the Streatham Hill branch for his excellent service, friendliness and assistance during our property search. After a couple of weeks searching for the right property around Streatham, Mr Newton took the initiative to recommend us to your Wimbledon branch (Ms Wadsworth to be precise) and as of yesterday, we're the happy new tenants of a great 2-bedroom flat in South Wimbledon. Thanks to Mr Newton's insistence to follow through our query and not just give up after a couple of weeks, we finally managed to find the right place for us.
