4. I would like to mention your dynamic staff at Foxtons, Oana Zachia who really goes all out to reach out to newcomers to the UK like us in finding the best property to live in. Oana exhibits very special traits and puts her clients' requirements above everything. It was a pleasure to view many properties with her driving us in and around Wembley. 6. We just moved into our dream property thanks to Rushabh. He has always been very accomodating, polite and informative, it took us nearly 5 viewings to find the right place, but Rushabh remained very patient through the whole process. We also dealt with another agency in Wembley and felt extremely pressured to make an offer after they just showed us one property on one viewing, I never felt that way with Foxtons at all. Thank you to Rushabh and Foxtons, you have been great and I will definitely be back to you next time.

12. Dear Foxtons We have recently completed on a house that we purchased through Wembley Foxtons. Both my wife and I have been incredibly impressed with Suj - she has been absolutely fantastic from the first time we met her to the end. For instance, she made time on a Sunday morning for us to view the property, and also came into the office at 7am for us to sign the keys out when we requested. Her colleague Adam has also been great. We met him on a Saturday whilst he waited patiently for us to take measurements and photos prior to completion. We both feel that Suj has been instrumental in our purchase - she kept us up to date with developments throughout the sale, and went the extra mile to ensure we are happy. We can't thank her enough. 14. I would like to thank Carlos for providing outstanding customer service and assisting me in my property search . As a first time buyer he took time to understand my property search in detail. He has often gone an extra mile to source and arrange viewings for me at a very short notice and even arrange late evenings & weekend viewings to accommodate my tight busy schedule . He also regularly takes the time to keep contact to update me of any new properties that are instructed to him or any other branch that match my search criteria. He is also very professional to email me all the property details before he arranges any viewings as he values his clients time. He has many times also taken the time to arrange viewings for me outside his local work area and has arranged viewings for me by coordinating with his other Foxtons colleagues from other local branches, which shows he has great team spirit to collaborate and he is committed to Foxtons as a whole organisation not a just as an individual branch. He is a extremely passionate about his work, is very articulate, well mannered, well spoken and is very patient and considerate and respectful of his clients individual property requirements. From my personal experience I can say Carlos is a true role model for his colleagues and a classic example of what good customer service should look like, as he has gone above and beyond on many occasions to arrange viewings for me. He is a true gem and asset to Foxtons. I would highly recommend him and would like to wish him all the success in his future endeavours.

17. We visited few houses before to choose this one. We met few agents as well. No one of them was good as the lady who has helped us. Suj is amazing, kind and lovely. She do her job with passion! She understood completely what we were looking for! Understanding necessity and wishes and considering the budget. Our experience with Foxtons was fantastic! 20. We were very glad when we received a printed leaflet from Foxtons about 0% commission offer on sales on the occasion of launching its new office in Wembley. We thought it was an unmissable opportunities, went thru its simplified terms and conditions and phoned. branch manager Adam promptly responded and visited our house. After a mutual discussion, we agreed and signed up the agreement. He has since been updating every single activities of viewings so promptly and is always ready to answer any questions that we had. The choice on process to sign up the agreement electronically saved so much of our time too! We got the first impression of its service wowww! We started to receive viewings even before our house was in the public market. They assigned a wonderful photographer to take snaps and there you go in the market! so wonderful and very co-operative (when we had difficulty to accept evening viewings) sales persons like Suj, Navin. Farah, Andy regularly did the hard work in generating viewings almost everyday. Likewise other sales persons who visited with viewers were so understanding. On the other hand, Foxtons recommended conveyancing specialist (Andrew of www.conveyan.co.uk) was so prompt and efficient to act upon our agreement with Foxtons. Just felt so good to receive amazing services for the first time! Thank you very much Foxtons and your entire team!!
