We feel that Josh has been an excellent property manager as he communicates with us on a regular basis. He also lets us know if there are any issues that needs resolving, giving us good advice if asked or needed and makes sure the issues are resolved in a timely fashion, which is essential. He has also followed up on the information we have provided to ensure workers have returned to complete and correct their work or meet their warranty conditions. He replies to our emails in good time. We are so happy that Josh is now managing our property as the previous property manager did not communicate at all with us (we always had to initiate the conversation) and was very difficult to get a hold of.

I had a property that was hard to shift so I brought Foxtons onboard as an additional agent. They did not generate many viewings but were very confident that those viewings would result in a sale. This contrasts with another agent that claimed dozens of viewings but with no offers. A sale was agreed through Foxtons and Gary and his team managed this perfectly in a courteous and professional manner. I would also mention that Gary went the extra mile and kindly arranged for the disposal of some furniture left by the previous tenants which I was unable to do from overseas. Highly recommended.
