4. My biggest fortune in this process of being a landlord, is being treated so well by people I do not know on a personal level. Tas, has always been there for me when I have had concerns, she is totally professional and has always treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. 11. I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT THE WAY IN WHICH OUR SEARCH WAS HANDLED FROM START TO FINISH BY CSABA & ROBERTO FROM THE TWICKENHAM BRANCH WAS EXCELLENT. HE REALLY WAS SO HELPFUL AND EVEN AT TIMES WHEN WE FELT DESPONDENT AS OUR BUDGET WAS NOT REALLY ENOUGH TO BUY A PROPERTY IN THE TWICKENHAM AREA HE ALWAYS SAID TO NOT WORRY AND THAT HE WOULD FIND US SOMEWHERE! HE LET US KNOW ABOUT THE HELP TO BUY SCHEMES AND NOW WE ARE SETTLING INTO OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW BUILD FLAT BOUGHT USING THIS SCHEME! WHEN I FIRST WAS LOOKING AT ESTATE AGENTS IN THE AREA I FELT RELUCTANT TO CONTACT FOXTONS AS PREVIOUSLY I HAD THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT US AS OUR BUDGET WAS SMALL AND I HAD HAD OTHER ESTATE AGENTS BE REALLY RUDE AND NEARLY HANG UP ON ME WHEN I SAID THE PRICE RANGE WE WERE LOOKING AT BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT FOXTONS TREATED ME THE SAME AS THEY WOULD A CLIENT WITH A MILLION POUND BUDGET. IN FACT, TOWARDS THE END OF OUR SEARCH I HADN'T RECEIVED THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER ESTATE AGENT AND WE DID MAINLY RELY ON CSABA AS HE SEEMED MUCH MORE PROACTIVE THAN THE OTHERS, ALWAYS RINGING TO CHECK IN WITH US OR SENDING US IDEAS FOR HELP TO BUY SCHEMES OR RECOMMENDING SOLICITORS & BROKERS. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE HAVING HIM HELP US WITH OUR SEARCH AND I CAN CERTAINLY SAY THAT WHEN WE COME TO RESELLING I WILL GO STRAIGHT TO FOXTONS AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNPARALLELED.

14. Daniel arranged a number of viewings, all on the same day for my convenience and they were both exactly my type so no time was wasted. He was very friendly and talkative on the phone and during the viewings, which made the whole process a bit less stressful.

17. I have used services provided by Foxtons for letting my flat in Isleworth. I must say the service and communication I have received really need appreciation. From the beginning Lettings Manager Nicola was very helpful and patient. She was very clear about company policies and gave me clear idea of the process. I was in bit hurry to let the property and same time I was out of country. I gave the property to two different estate agents so that I can get the tenant quickly. I must say Foxtons team have outperformed significantly compared to other agent. The tenancy was agreed within a week. Foxtons team constantly kept in touch and send me all the details I wanted. Even after tenancy is agreed I never had any issue in receiving rent from Foxtons as they are collecting it. I really appreciate their help and quick response. I will definitely recommend Foxtons based on my personal experience.

20. We found that Erin was really helpful with our search. She made it really personal and listened to our requirements and budget, where as we found other estate agents completely would go off on a tangent and disregard everything we had said. Erin constantly kept in contact with us throughout our search (not in an annoying way though as we had experienced with other agents where they call you 5 times a day to pressure you in to a lease) and updated us instantly when she found a suitable property, giving us the best shot at getting a property. She was also very flexible and picked us up for viewings which we appreciated. Overall we found our experience with Erin very easy and enjoyable. If we w ere ever looking for a property again we would definitely go back to Erin!
