4. I had the pleasure to meet and work with Paul from the Shepherds Bush office while we were looking for a flat to rent. Paul is attentive, kind, honest, polite, extremely hard working, and cares about the tenant's needs. He is very knowledgeable about the flats and areas, and tries hard to get the best fit for you. He also accommodates for viewings at any time, which is very helpful if you happen to work until late in the evenings. I would recommend anyone looking for a flat to rent to get in touch with him and use his services. Paul is a true professional and should be highly rewarded for his work.

9. I simply cannot thank Tristan and Mark enough for their skill, patience and above all kindness to me in selling my flat. They are two wonderful chaps and true gents, which these days can be rare in business. They got me an excellent price and gave both me and my buyer first class care and constant support. We also had a lot of laughs which helped enormously with the sometimes rather stressful business of buying and selling houses. 13. Our current flat is very close to your Shepherds Bush office. Charlie gave up a generous amount of his time to assess our requirements and show us a few properties. His consultative approach to managing our search was well received by my partner and I. Should there be a change in our circumstance, we would be happy to use Foxtons in the future. Felt it appropriate to mention Harry & Kathryn from Earls Court and Chiswick. They also made a solid effort to keep the search very close to what we were looking for.

14. Inga has been the best agent I have ever met here in London. She is professional and very polite all time and I was impressed about her balance because she is so young. She perfectly understood I was an estate agent as her and with a lot of experience (in my country of course and now am taking/improving it here in London where I have just moved with my family) and she understood I was taking a big decision under a lot of pressure (renting a home, looking for a new job here, looking after up my kids alone and so on). She has delivered the best customer service I have ever received here without pushing.

20. Gary recently helped us secure a sale on our flat. I wanted to write to tell you how excellent he was. The flat sale we recently completed wasn't straightforward, we had a buyer who presented us will all sorts of shenanigans including her own truculent neighbour and a surprise last-minute beloved cat, she dropped out, another person put in an offer, backed out, backed back in... usual flat sale dramas but Gary was always professional and helpful without being smarmy and fake, he's a can-do man and a great people person, seemed to be able to get the best out of the buyers and ourselves. He was also reliable, seems to work crazy hours and really good at keeping me up to date with weekly phone calls, which I wouldn't expect as our pokey flat won't have been the most exciting property on his list. Best of all, when there was bad news to deliver regarding buyers etc he delivered it promptly and straight, no procrastinating, blaming or bad-mouthing anyone.
    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone else wanting to sell a flat. I've bought, sold and rented out I'vemore than 10 properties over the last 10 years, in Scotland, London and Dubai and really he's up there with the best of them. He didn't ask me to write to you, I just thought it would be nice that you knew he's doing a good job and is an asset to your team.
